Action In Christ International

The Reverend Maria G. Miranda received Christ in 1935 at the tender Age of 9 in Puerto Rico. In 1975 she graduated from Arca Evangelica Bible Institute and in that same year The Assembly of Christian Churches recognized her as a Missionary.  In 1979 she graduated from New York Theological Seminary. From 1979-1991 she served as a Chaplain in the Mayor's Voluntary Action Center under then Mayor Edward I. Koch and Police Commissioner Benjamin Ward. In 1980 she was ordained as a Minister and that same year she founded Action In Christ International for which she fervently served as Senior Pastor until her passing in 2007.

La Reverenda Maria G. Miranda recibio a Cristo como su salvador en el 1935 a la tierna edad de 9 años, en Puerto Rico.  En el 1975 se graduo del Instituto Biblico Arca Evangelica y ese mismo año La Asamblea de Iglesias Cristianas la reconocio como misionera.  En el 1979 se graduo del Seminario Teologico de Nueva York.  De 1979 hasta 1991 servio como capellána en el Centro de Acción Voluntaria del Alcade de Nueva York, durante la administración del Alcade Edward I. Koch y el Comisiónado de la Policía Benjamin Ward.  En el 1980 fue ordenada como Ministro y en ese mismo año fundo Acción En Cristo Internaciónal por la cual sirvio fervientemente como Pastora hasta fallecer en el 2007.

“La oración es lo mas importante en la vida del Cristiano. No tengo palabras para agradecerle a Dios por todo lo que el a hecho por mi. En mi vida Cristo fue primero, Segundo y tercero. Lo que tu no comprendas ahora, lo entenderas despues. Asi que no jueges con la salvación de tu alma, y no permita que nada ni nadie te quite lo que Dios te ha dado. De algo si estoy segura, que mi alma esta con Cristo.”
